Kaili Zheng
I come from China. I got my master’s degree in psychology from Central South University in 2022. Currently, I am a third-year PhD student in Central South University, majoring in applied psychology. My primary research focus during both my master's and Ph.D. has been the cognitive functions of patients with depression, particularly their cognitive flexibility, using EEG/ERP techniques.
I am now an exchange PhD student in the GHEP lab for the 2024-2025 academic year, supported by China Scholarship Council(CSC). I am particularly interested in the combined use of non-invasive brain stimulation and EEG. In GHEP lab, my work will focus on the impact of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) combined with electroencephalography on cognitive function. I am excited to learn about tACS-related research methods and the latest advancements in this field. Please feel free to contact me at kaili.zheng@ugent.be.
